The Process
NO. 1 INQUIRY
Inquire about your date via the contact form. I recommend booking as far in advance as possible, as dates tend to fill up quickly! Couples typically book 10-18 months in advance.
From there we’ll schedule a call or video chat to be able to connect with one another and discuss more in depth of your wedding day details and vision for the day.
You will then receive a custom quote outlining everything we discussed in our call.
You’re ready to book! Congrats and I’m thrilled to be your photographer!
You’ll receive a link to sign a digital contract along with 25% retainer due after signing to complete the booking process and secure your date.
NO. 2 PRE WEDDING
I will be in communication with your planner to develop a day of timeline and finalized family portrait list. Custome timelines plans are included in all wedding collections for those who do not have a planner. Having a timeline is curcial for ensuring your day will run smoothly and without hiccups! I’ll also provide you with a list of vendor recommendations to help with a stress free planning experience.
For couples who booked an engagement session, whether part of a wedding collection or via A La Carte, we will begin the scheduling process right away! You’ll recive a separate link outlining all the details from location ideas, color schemes, vision ideas, to the rescheduling policies.
I am elated when couples tell me about their wedding details, sending me a set of their invatation suite, sharing their insperation for their day to become a reality, or simply reaching out to me to ask my opinion on a design or a fashion look. I am delighted to a help and make your vision become reality!
NO. 3 WEDDING DAY
The day you’ve been planning and dreaming out for months, possibly even years, is FINALLY here! I will show up a little earlier than my offical start time to give time to set up, do a mental walkthrough of my shot list, and assemble the little details to begin styling.
From there all the fun begins! I will be with you every step of the way - reminding you to breath and enjoy every moment of the day, positioning and placing people to capture the utmost beautiful photos, keeping the timeline on track, last but certainly not least, celebrating you and your love!
NO. 4 POST WEDDING
After your beautiful day, the last part of the process will come about 8 weeks after your wedding day when you’ll receive the final online gallery! This private gallery will include your high resolution, fully edited images and film scans ready for you to download. You’ll receive the full pringting rights to all images for personal use and are welcomed to share the gallery with family and friends.
Many of my couples appriciate having tagible photographs to be able to pass down from generations and generations to come. With that I will reach out to you to see if you would like to add on an album or even a heirloom box filled with images to obtain your beautiful day tangibly.
Even though our contracted communication may come to an end, I am delighted to stay in touch with my couples long after their weddings. Many of my couples become life long friends, so please don’t be a stranger!
